Was bedeutet Curvy und wofür steht es? What does curvy means and does it stand for?
„Curvy“ bedeutet „kurvig“. Mode wird verkörpert - Körper zeigen Formen. Um so wichtiger ist es jeder Körperform einen Raum bieten zu können. Die Curvy Agency Model & Fashionshow steht für kleine und große Kurven. Wir glauben an einen gesunden und natürlich geformten Körperbau. Während in der High - Fashion - Branche hauptsächlich schlanke Models in Konfektionsgröße 34 / 36 gefragt sind, konzentrieren wir uns auf ein natürliches und gesundes Angebot und auf die Nachfrage des realistischen und gesellschaftsorientierten Körpertyp.
Ein gesunder und natürlicher Körper besitzt Muskulatur & Fettdepots, welche den Körper in eine runde und einzigartige Form bringen kann. Uns ist wichtig, dass unsere Models selbst- und körperbewusst sind und die natürlichen Formen Ihres Körpers bewahren, bewundern und perfekt in Szene setzen.

While in the high fashion industry mainly slim models in size 34 / 36 are in demand, we concentrate on a natural and healthy supply and on the demand of the realistic and socially oriented body type.
A healthy and natural body has muscles and fat deposits which can give the body a round and unique shape. It is important to us that our models are self-confident and body-conscious and preserve, admire and perfectly stage the natural shapes of your body.

Es gibt in erster Linie keinen Unterschied zwischen Curvy Models und Plus - Size Models. Doch der Begriff "Curvy" bringt die menschlichen Körperformen besser auf den Punkt. Bis zur heutigen Zeit und auch in Deutschland gelten nämlich alle Konfektionsgrößen über 36 (DE) automatisch als Plus-Size. Aber WER bestimmt eigentlich welche Konfektionsgröße als "normale Größe" und welche als "Plus - Size" oder "Übergröße" auf dem Markt gilt?
There is primarily no difference between Curvy Models and Plus - Size Models. But the term "Curvy" gets to the heart of human body shapes.
